At Salontotal.com you have a legal warranty on the products you have ordered.
This means that Salontotal.com guarantees that all products offered meet the specifications stated by us and the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability.
Claiming the warranty
To claim the warranty of your products, you must contact our customer service. Our customer service will provide you with all necessary information and instructions. We request that you do not simply return a product without notification.
Right of withdrawal
Have you made a mistake or are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? At Salontotal.com you can withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened and reusable.

We may charge you if the product is damaged. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the good.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and - if reasonably possible - packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact our customer service. You can also use the model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you with the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for the refund. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.
Defect on arrival (DOA)
If it appears that one of the products ordered by you is defective on arrival, Salontotal.com will replace these products free of charge. In this case, please contact our customer service and have a clear description of the defect product. Under no circumstances return a product without the permission of our customer service.
This DOA scheme does not affect the aforementioned legal guarantee.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
It is possible that not certain articles cannot be revoked. For example, hygiene items (such as scissors, brushes and cosmetics) can only be returned if the seal is still intact. This is always determined by our customer service on a case-by-case basis.
If, for any reason, you wish to return a product (or products), please contact our customer service first. Our customer service will then give you all the necessary instructions to return the product. You will receive a return number (ticket number) for each return shipment. Costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
