Eyebrow paint

With a brow dye, you can give your eyebrows just a little more colour, making your face shine. Go for a natural colour or let it stand out a bit more. There are several eyebrow paint colours you can choose from to create the perfect brow colour. On average, the paint stays visible on the hairs for 4 to 6 weeks. What is the best eyebrow paint varies from person to person.

Eyelash dye

Using an eyelash dye ensures that you create an open look. Black is often chosen, as it most closely resembles mascara. Eyelash dye is ideal for holidays, so you don't have to think about mascara when you want to lie by the pool. If you never wear mascara but miss that open look with dark lashes, then eyelash paint is the solution for a natural and groomed look.

Eyebrow paint

First of all, pick the right colour that best matches your hair colour. Have you found the right eyebrow dye colour and purchased the supplies? Then you can get started. The paint can also be mixed together to get the perfect colour.

• Step 1: clean the skin and eyebrow hairs with the RefectoCil Eye Make-Up Remover.
• Step 2: apply the RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream around the eyebrows. This will prevent paint stains on the skin.
• Step 3: mix about 1cm of paint with 5 drops of Oxidant Liquid OR with 7 drops of Oxidant Cream.
• Step 4: apply the paint to the eyebrows and briefly remove the residue on the skin with a cotton swab.
• Step 5: How long to leave the paint on varies from person to person and how striking the colour may be.
• Step 6: remove the eyebrow paint with damp cotton pads.
• Step 7: still think your eyebrows are a little too light? Then reapply the eyebrow paint and let it take effect for another short while.

Eyelash dye

The most commonly chosen paint colour for eyelashes is black. Blue-black and deep blue are also frequently used.

• Step 1: clean the eyelashes with the RefectoCil Eye Make-Up Remover.
• Step 2: apply the Silicone Pads or the Skin Protection Cream with lash leaves under the lower lash line. This protects the skin from paint stains.
• Step 3: mix about 1cm of paint with 5 drops of Oxidant Liquid OR with 7 drops of Oxidant Cream.
• Step 4: gently apply the eyelash dye to the lashes. Keep the eyes closed while applying. It is important to do this very carefully. Paint in the eyes will sting!
• Step 5: let the eyelash dye take effect for 10 minutes.
• Step 6: remove the paint with damp cotton pads. Repeat until no more paint comes off. You can also rinse your eyes with water to make sure all residue is gone.

Eyebrow paint and eyelash paint should always be made with hydrogen peroxide. There are two variants of this, namely the Oxidant Liquid and Oxidant Cream. The cream makes the paint substance a bit fuller, making it easy to apply. There is no difference between the paints. All colours can be used for both eyebrows and lashes. Some colours are only a bit nicer for the lashes or just for the eyebrows.
