Instructions for use of the Veta Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum

Step 1 : Clean your face well around the eyes, eyelids and eyebrows. Step 2: Click up to 2 to 4 times to apply liquid. Step 3: Gently draw a line along the upper and lower eyelids. Apply to the eyebrow in the direction of hair growth. Step 4: Clean your face.
