Redken Extreme Bleach Recovery Cica-Cream is a gentle formula that replenishes and strengthens the porous hair fibre. This is due to the ingredients Cica and Lamellar water. Cica provides deep recovery of the hair fibre. Lamellar water contains cationic polymers that bond to the hair fibre for a deep conditioning effect. Redken Extreme Bleach Recovery Cica-Cream repairs dry hair, leaving it soft and supple.
